General Terms & Conditions
- Advanced deposit payment or full payment will be charged at time of reservation.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card / transferred in cash.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a guest has
engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity, or under other circumstances where it appears
that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
- Amendment or Cancellation must be made in written notice to provided email.
- Rates are charged in Thai Baht. Therefore, the amount shown on monthly statement in other
currencies sent to you by the respective company might be slightly different from our quoted
price due to exchange rate variations.

Cancellation & No show policies
- 1When the hotel receives your reservation, the total amount will be charged to your card.
- 2If you cancel your reservation 7 days before arrival, any individual cancellation will be billed at 100% off the stay reserved.
- 3Any NO Show (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
Tour booking:
In case of cancellation, cancellation fees may apply as follows:
- Cancelation up to 15 days before tour departure: charge 10% of total net rate.
- Cancelation up to 7-14 days before tour departure: charge 30% of total net rate.
- Cancelation up to 1-6 days before tour departure: charge 50% of total net rate
- Cancelation less than 24 hours prior to departure date: charge 70% of total net rate.
- No Show or Cancelation on tour date: charge 100% of total net rate.
